Returns and refunds
We do not offer refunds on fresh flower arrangements due to their perishable nature. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A photo will be required, and if the issue is proven to be at no fault of the customer or recipient, we will issue a credit for a future purchase.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an fresh flower order, please contact us by phone a0434576043 prior to 9.30am on the day of delivery. Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used for the purchase. This does not apply to any event, funeral or wedding flowers.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for delivery the following business day.
Timed Deliveries
Timed deliveries for a specific time will incur a VIP surcharge. Please contact us for details and to arrange your preferred delivery time.
Delivery to Address
If no one is available to receive the flowers at the delivery address, our driver will use their experience and judgment to decide whether the flowers can be safely left. Lilli-Anthus Floral Design holds no liability for the flowers once they are delivered. If the flowers cannot be left safely, they will be returned to our store for collection or re-delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided that is not our fault, the above terms will apply. The delivery will be returned, and a re-delivery fee will be charged.
Delivery Area & Charges
We offer delivery within a specific area. Delivery fees vary depending on location and the service selected, and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Availability
While we aim to meet all delivery requests, factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic) may cause delays. We will notify you of any significant issues.
